A native of Grand Bahama, Naisha spent most of her life traveling between the Bahamas and the U.S. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and before she entered the real estate industry, enjoyed a career in the corporate world, first as an Associate Editor for a publishing company in Washington D.C. and as a government relations officer for a defense contractor in Falls Church, Virginia.
Although on track with a promising career in Government Relations, her love for the Bahamas brought her back to Grand Bahama in 2010 where she would work for two of the most prominent real estate brokerages on the island, Coldwell Banker James Sarles Realty and more recently, HG Christie, where she was Top Producer two years in a row. As a real estate professional, Naisha has experience covering various transactions throughout the Bahamas although her expertise lie in Grand Bahama real estate, with special focus on residential sales and developments.
